Privacy Policy

This describes what Overdraft stores about you and why. We keep collection to what the product needs to run.

Last updated 18 August 2026

What we collect

Account details you provide (email, username, optional avatar and favourite sport), and activity you generate in the app: contest entries, lineups, simulated wallet transactions, bets and parlays, league membership and chat messages, watchlists, and notifications.

How we use it

To authenticate you, score your lineups, settle contests and markets, show leaderboards and league standings, send in-app notifications, and enforce responsible-play limits.

What other users can see

Your username appears on contest leaderboards, league standings, chat and the global leaderboard. Your email, wallet balance and individual transactions are never shown to other users.

Storage and security

Data is stored in our managed cloud database with row-level security, so records are readable only by the account they belong to (or by the league you belong to, in the case of league content). Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and never stored by the app.

Cookies and local storage

We store your session locally in your browser so you stay signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Your controls

Update your username, avatar and favourite sport from your Profile. Set deposit limits or self-exclude from Safer Play. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us from the email address on your account.

Children

Overdraft is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly retain data from under-18 users.
